If you are on a 32-bit JRE, you will receive a warning when loading FE9 that recommends you update to a 64-bit JRE. Small caveat: I've run into out of memory issues when randomizing FE9 with a 32-bit JRE. You do not need to extract any part of the ISO as the randomizer is capable of reading the file system directly and modifying and rebuilding the ISO.
